What we collect
When you send the tour request form, we receive what you type: your name, phone number, email, how you’d like us to reach you, the center you chose, your child’s age, the name of a family who referred you, when you need care, the days and hours you need, and your message.
How we use it
We use it only to contact you about child care at Happy Elephant. We do not sell it, rent it or share it with advertisers.
Who handles it
The form is delivered to us by our website host, Netlify, which stores the submission so we can read it. Our website host keeps standard server logs (such as IP addresses) for security.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising cookies. It uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages families find useful. Google Analytics sets cookies and receives your browser details and IP address; we see only totals, never who you are, and we don’t use it for ads. You can turn it off with Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
Children’s information
This website is meant for parents and guardians. Please don’t have children send the form themselves.
Questions or changes
